This section is a free service to attorneys desiring information as to what discovery will be necessary (in our opinion) to obtain, in cases where security issues are relevant, through interrogatories, depositions or investigations. The section contains:
• A letter to an attorney considering using David L. Berger's services as a forensic security consultant
• Requirements and agreement for obtaining the free service

• A blank “Security Checklist” showing the form that the attorney will receive in response to his questionnaire
